Scope of application

The most recent version of these conditions, published and updated on the page of the ceramichedelweiss.it website, replaces all previous versions and prevails over any other version. The customer who makes a purchase on the site indicated above accepts the conditions in force at that time. Edelweiss1970 reserves the right to make changes or add additions to these conditions, unilaterally and at any time.

These terms and conditions of sale regulate the purchase, electronically or by telephone, of the products presented on the website www.ceramichedelweiss.it

The contract stipulated between Edelweiss1970 and the customer must be considered concluded after the balance and relative crediting of the order in the current account.

By placing an order in the various ways provided, the customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept both the general and payment conditions transcribed below.

Any right of the customer to compensation for damages or indemnity is excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damage to persons and/or things, caused by delays or non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.

Prices

The prices of the products published on our site are in euros and do not include shipping costs. The published prices include VAT and do not include any taxes, duties and taxes applicable in the country of destination of the products, where this is different from Italy, which will be charged to the customer.

The products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.

Edelweiss1970  reserves the right to change the prices of the products listed on the site at any time. However, any changes to product prices will not be effective for customers who have already forwarded an order.

Method of purchase

The customer can request information on the products in the electronic catalog of ceramichedelweiss.it as described in the relevant information sheets.

Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by ceramichedelweiss.it  by means of a response via e-mail, sent to the e-mail address provided by the customer.

Subsequently, you will always be notified via email of timing, material availability and shipping costs relating to what you have chosen.

It is understood that the image accompanying the description of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but may differ slightly even if reproduced in photographic studios, the tone varies according to the type of light used in the studio warm light/cold light/ distance between the product and surrounding lighting, and the type of camera used.

For warranty purposes, it is essential to carefully keep a copy of the receipt/sales invoice of the item.em.

Shipments

Shipping times will be communicated to you via email. Shipping costs will be added to the cart total.

Edelweiss1970 will not be responsible for failed or delayed delivery due to force majeure, such as, for example, strikes, provisions of public authorities, rationing or shortage of energy or raw materials, transport difficulties, fires, floods, heavy snowfalls, flooding and damage to industrial machinery not dependent on Edelweiss1970.

Upon delivery of the goods, it is the customer’s responsibility to check that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (quality check). Any damage must be immediately reported to the courier who makes the delivery (accepting the goods with a prudent reservation to be written on the courier’s transport document: e.g.: “box with holes on the side”, “open box without tape”, “box damaged”, etc.)

And reported via email to info@ceramichedelweiss.it with the photos taken during unpacking, in order to demonstrate that the products were broken during shipping.

Returns and Refunds

Right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions (Article 67 of the Consumer Code):
the private customer (not VAT registered) will be able to exercise this right according to the applicable laws.

In the event of production defects ascertained and verified with Edelweiss1970, it will provide, at your choice, to refund the value of the product including any ancillary costs (transport costs) within 5 working days (from receipt) or to replace the item with a product equivalent.

Protection of personal data

Edelweiss1970 undertakes not to disclose to third parties the information and personal data that you communicate to us, unless this is necessary for the provision of the service. Your personal data will be used by the owner only for the processing of your order. You can always exercise your rights in the manner indicated in the owner’s privacy policy.

Disputes

This contract is subject to Italian law. For any complaint you can contact our customer service. In the event of no consensual agreement, the dispute will be referred to the court of Vicenza.
