In the world of luxury packaging, a bottle is never just a container. It is the prelude to an experience, the visual keeper of a story that blends territory, heritage, and the excellence of its content. It is precisely with this spirit that Ceramiche Edelweiss has signed an exclusive international collaboration, crafting handcrafted ceramic bottles for a timeless special edition.
This project of excellence brings together two legendary realities: Domaine de Murtoli, an exclusive resort and rural estate nestled in the wild heart of Corsica, and the historic Old Course Golf de Cannes-Mandelieu, one of the oldest, most prestigious, and renowned golf courses on the French Riviera.
Created to celebrate prestigious golf tournaments and the Corsican estate’s elite gastronomic line—which ranges from renowned extra virgin olive oils to its celebrated artisanal Gin—these bottles represent the perfect synthesis of modern design and the warmth of old-world manufacturing.
The Art of Ceramics: Entirely Hand-Molded
The journey of every single bottle begins with the earth. The clay is shaped to give life to a sinuous silhouette that is clean-lined yet strongly tactile. After the first high-temperature firing, which transforms the raw clay into “bisque,” one of the most delicate phases takes place: hand-glazing. Each piece is individually dipped by our artisans into a glossy white glaze. This manual process ensures that the thickness of the coating is never microscopically identical, giving each bottle subtle, imperceptible nuances near the neck and base. It is precisely these slight and unique variations that testify to the authenticity of a product that rejects the impersonality of the assembly line.
Precision and Craftsmanship: Hand-Applied Decal Decoration
The true visual heart of the project is the elegant pink logo, which beautifully intertwines the symbols of Domaine de Murtoli and the Cannes Old Course. To reproduce such a complex graphic, rich in fine geometric lettering, onto a round and curved surface, Ceramiche Edelweiss applied the technique of specialized water-slide ceramic decals, applied strictly by hand. This is a work of extreme precision. The artisan carefully slides the thin serigraphic film onto the glazed surface of the bottle. Using specific rubber squeegees and soft sponges, they smooth the decoration from the center outward to the edges. This calibrated pressure is vital to eliminate every single air bubble or residual water underneath: a single millimeter of trapped air would cause the decoration to crack or peel during the subsequent firing.
Eternal Fusion in the Third Firing
Once the application is fully dried, the bottles face the final test of fire. With a subsequent firing at high temperatures, the pink pigments of the decal permanently fuse with the underlying white glaze. The logo and lettering do not simply sit “printed on top” of the ceramic; they become an integral and structural part of it. The result is a glassy coating, smooth to the touch, and incredibly resistant to wear, time, washing, and atmospheric agents.
Choosing Ceramiche Edelweiss for Luxury Packaging

Moving away from industrial glass to embrace artisanal ceramics means offering clients a collector’s item—a piece of art to display that tells a story of passion, attention to detail, and authentic bespoke luxury from the very first glance.
